Nicole Wall Sullivan

As a lifelong member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Nicole Wall Sullivan has a true love for the people, places and culture that make this hidden gem home. Since 2017, Nicole has been practicing law and in that time, has represented a broad range of clients in areas such as insurance defense, municipal law, real estate, business formations, and estate planning. Prior to opening her practice in 2021, Nicole served as the City Attorney for the City of Ocean Springs. Nicole has a passion for serving others, so opening her own practice that is focused on making legal guidance less daunting was an easy decision to make.

Nicole currently lives in Ocean Springs with her husband, Charley, and three sons, Walker, Miller, and George. She and her family are members of Mosaic Church, she served as a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs for four years, she is a committee member and choreographer for the Distinguished Young Women of Jackson County Program, she is a member of the Civil Service Commission for the City of Ocean Springs, and she serves on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA.

Charley Sullivan

Attorney

Charley Sullivan’s upbringing led him from one end of the state to the other, but after meeting his wife, Nicole, in law school, he has called Ocean Springs home. Although Charley has been licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama since 2017, he has been working in the family construction business since graduation, where he focused on contracts, finances, and management.

Since Sullivan Law Firm and Coast Title’s inception in 2021, Charley has worked behind the scenes at Coast Title and Sullivan Law Firm, but as of recently, Charley has taken a much more prominent role in the business. He is excited to continue to grow the business that he and his wife dreamt of creating while still in law school. It is a dream come true for both of them.

Tori Sauer

Senior Closing Agent/Office Manager

Tori grew up primarily in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, spending her high school years in Bellevue, Nebraska, after Hurricane Katrina relocated her family. After graduating, she returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to begin her professional career. Tori started in marketing as a special events representative at several Mississippi Gulf Coast casinos, where she developed a passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for others. In 2021, she transitioned into the real estate industry as a closer and has since gained experience coordinating real estate closings throughout Mississippi and Alabama.

Known for her organization, communication, and commitment to keeping transactions on track, she works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure every closing runs as smoothly as possible. Tori lives in Ocean Springs with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Wrigley.

Suzie Baek

Closing Agent

With a background built on exceptional customer service and strong relationships, Suzie Baek is passionate about helping clients navigate the closing process with confidence. Her experience in hospitality taught her the importance of communication, problem-solving, and making every client feel valued—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

As a Closing Assistant at Coast Title Company, Suzie is committed to providing a seamless closing experience for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders alike. She enjoys learning every aspect of the title industry and is dedicated to delivering dependable service with a positive attitude.

A Mississippi Gulf Coast native, Suzie is currently pursuing a degree in Finance while continuing to expand her real estate expertise. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all that the Gulf Coast has to offer.
