Nicole Wall Sullivan

As a lifelong member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Nicole Wall Sullivan has a true love for the people, places and culture that make this hidden gem home. Since 2017, Nicole has been practicing law and in that time, has represented a broad range of clients in areas such as insurance defense, municipal law, real estate, business formations, and estate planning. Prior to opening her practice in 2021, Nicole served as the City Attorney for the City of Ocean Springs. Nicole has a passion for serving others, so opening her own practice that is focused on making legal guidance less daunting was an easy decision to make.

Nicole currently lives in Ocean Springs with her husband, Charley, and three sons, Walker, Miller, and George. She and her family are members of Mosaic Church, she served as a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs for four years, she is a committee member and choreographer for the Distinguished Young Women of Jackson County Program, she is a member of the Civil Service Commission for the City of Ocean Springs, and she serves on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA.

Charley Sullivan

Attorney

Charley Sullivan’s upbringing led him from one end of the state to the other, but after meeting his wife, Nicole, in law school, he has called Ocean Springs home. Although Charley has been licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama since 2017, he has been working in the family construction business since graduation, where he focused on contracts, finances, and management.

Since Sullivan Law Firm and Coast Title’s inception in 2021, Charley has worked behind the scenes at Coast Title and Sullivan Law Firm, but as of recently, Charley has taken a much more prominent role in the business. He is excited to continue to grow the business that he and his wife dreamt of creating while still in law school. It is a dream come true for both of them.

Nick Lewelling

Associate Attorney

Being born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Nick is proud to return and begin his career as an associate attorney at Sullivan Law Firm. Nick and his wife, Stormi, both attended the University of Southern Mississippi to obtain their bachelor’s degrees. Upon graduating from USM, they moved to the Jackson-Metro area for Nicholas to attend law school at Mississippi College School of Law. Upon his graduation, the pair moved back home to fulfill their dreams to work and grow their family on the Coast.

Nicholas and Stormi have recently welcomed their firstborn son and are excited to have him grow up on the Gulf Coast. Being raised in a family of Entrepreneurs, Nick looks forward to assisting clients with any business, contract, and/or real estate matters. He is passionate about serving clients with the utmost respect and honesty. Nicholas is dedicated to simplifying the legal process and resolving clients’ problems efficiently and effectively.

Tori Sauer

Real Estate Closer/Legal Assistant

Tori grew up mostly in Ocean Springs, with her high school years in Bellevue, Nebraska, following Hurricane Katrina. After graduating from high school in Nebraska, she decided her hometown was calling her back. Tori started her professional career in marketing as a special events representative at multiple Mississippi Gulf Coast casinos, where she fell in love with customer service and making people smile through her work. She transitioned her customer service experience into her real estate closing career in 2021 as a closer working on the MS Gulf Coast and in Orange Beach, AL.

Tori’s dedication to delivering quality work and smooth communication allows her to get your closing to the table no matter what it takes. She makes the buying/selling process as easy as possible through her friendly demeanor and fantastic communication. Tori currently resides in Ocean Springs with her fiancé, Kyle, and dog, Wrigley.

Kristen Fayard

Real Estate Closer/Legal Assistant

Kristen was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She moved to Poplarville at 5 years of age and has resided there all of her life. Kristen is well-versed in customer service, having worked in the industry since high school. Lending a helping hand and getting the job done are two of Kristen’s passions! Since 2020, Kristen has worked in the real estate closing business and knew she was meant for this industry and the clientele it serves. From the complexities of analyzing a title abstract to the simpler task of answering client phone calls, Kristen enjoys every aspect. It truly excites her every time she’s able to assist clients in getting to the closing table!

Kristen resides in Poplarville, MS, with her two boys, Westin & Waylon. She looks forward to forming new relationships on the Gulf Coast in both the Woolmarket and Ocean Springs offices.

Lexi James

Administrative Assistant/Paralegal

Born and raised on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, Lexi now calls Biloxi home, where she lives with her partner, Derick, and two sons, Kamden and Beckham. A graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Lexi began her professional journey as an Office Administrator in real estate before transitioning into her current role as an Administrative Assistant and Paralegal.

With over eight years of administrative experience, she is recognized for her exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and genuine passion for assisting others. Lexi brings professionalism and heart to every client interaction and plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
